The practice is opening on Monday 6th July. Tracy our therapist will return on Monday 13th July also.
Currently there are restricted appointments as we need time to deep clean the practice after every patient. You will also note on your arrival new PPE for the safety of both the staff and patient. We also have strict measures in place from your arrival and until you depart. All the staff have received intense training during the last 2 weeks to meet with government guidelines to ensure we are adhering to the new regulations.
You will be contacted by phone to attend and will be asked several questions prior to your visit.
Upon arrival your temperature will be taken and again a medical history check. You will attend the practice alone and enter from the front of the building and exit from the rear. There will be no facility for anyone to attend with you at this time.
If you require an emergency appointment, please call 01733 847792 where your call will be triaged.
We will be working back from the diaries triaging the appointments in order of urgency. All patients will be contacted but please be patient as we have 4 months of diaries to organise.
We have also triaged the appointments according to the British Orthodontic Society guidelines and will be contacting you to arrange a review appointment.
Our staff have worked hard during this time and we will not tolerate verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour towards our staff, or you will be asked to leave the premises.
